IP Targeted Video and Advertising Distribution

IP Targeting

We will match physical addresses to IP addresses so that your video content or advertising can be delivered with pin-point accuracy to specific and individual buildings, and even individual devices.

IP Targeting does not use cookies, and that is a revolutionary in the digital advertising world. Our patent pending IP algorithm determines the IP address based on the physical address, which is then used for precise digital ad targeting at the IP level.

There are 3 basic steps to start a campign:

1. You provide a list of names, addresses and postal codes, and we run it through our IP mapping system and provide a match rate.

2. We Locate the house IPs, anonymize them to create a privacy shield.

3. We serve your video online to the target, using the modem/router/IP address as the entry point.

Mobile out of home

Deliver your campaign to your selected audience on out-of-home screens and their mobile device, and measure the impact of your ad campaign.


Our audience-addressable advertising technology delivers ads based on the actual attributes rather than using content or location as a proxy. Our backend mobile data systems anonymously maps consumers’ mobile phones back to their households, or ofices, so that we can attach extensive offline data to their phone ID. Based on this knowledge we can deliver audience-addressable ads to their mobile phone or out-of-home screens through our ad inventory partner networks whenever the phone pops up on our radar. The same mobile data system which allows for us to accurately associate household- and individual- level attributes to mobile devices also allows us to accurately measure which one of those devices show up in Points of Interest, such as a retail store, convention, etc.

Our Out of Home partners support full-motion video presented in full-screen or dominant screen positions. We cover a range of out-of-home environments including in- room hotel TV ad inserts; mobile, tablet, notebook screens; and traditional public-space digital signage screens.

Serve targeted content to entire office buildings, campuses, hotels, trade shows, conventions and other venues where masses gather via the location IP addresses.


Captive Audience starts by you selecting locations where your target populations gather, specifically corporate offices, but also places like college campuses, hotels, malls, trade shows, conventions, and airports. Then we map the IP addresses of these locations and serve targeted digital ads on websites prospects visit while at the chosen venue. We do this by analyzing billions of pieces of data (transit, transactional, and offline data) through our IP algorithm, which determines the IP addresses.

Content Amplification

For those instances where reaching a maximally wide group of people is more important than precision targeting, our content amplification techniques come into play. Pre-campaign views that have yielded less than a few thousand views can be turned into over a million and sent across various media publications, depending on the content quality and relevance.

Native Video Advertising

Native advertising integrates high-quality content into the organic experience of a given platform through native ad units that conform to the design and feel of the sites on which they display. This preserves the immersive user experience while producing click-through rates like that of editorial content.

In native advertising, metadata is sent with a bid response. This metadata is then assembled in a unit that corresponds to the style sheet of a given publisher, making it appear 100 percent native to that site.

Where will my video appear?
We have access to place videos and ads on over 1,000,000 websites that include 30-50 billion advertising impressions per day. This is about 90% of the available daily ad inventory on the Internet.
Can I control who sees my video?
Yes, this is one of the primary benefits of the IP Targeting platform. We target your ads to specific households with precision.
What sort of reports can I get from you?
We can provide monthly reports that include impressions served, clicks, conversions and click-through rate (CTR). Additionally, at the completion of a campaign we are able to provide clients with a match-back analysis which compares your targeting segment(s) with new sales to demonstrate efficacy and ROI for the campaign.
What type of video placements are availible?
Pre-Roll; Mid-Roll; Post-Roll; Native, Interstitial. Standard durations are 15 seconds, 30 seconds, and 60 seconds.
Can my video content be placed on specific sites?
Yes. And you have 1 million to pick from.
Can you make sure that my content does not appear on specific sites?
Yes, by default we will not serve ads on adult or “vice” sites. Additionally, we eliminate sites with a history of low quality or fraudulent traffic. If you would like us to enforce further restrictions, that can be incorporated into the campaign.
Can you create and place advertising types other than video?
Yes. We can do all sorts of stuff. Display, Banner, In-feed Native, Content Recommendation Widgets, Custom Content, and of course Video.
